For Estate Planning Attorneys

Build long-term authority in your state through education—books, resources, and content that compound over time.

The American Estate Planning Series is building a state-by-state estate planning education platform. Each state is anchored by one contributing attorney and supported by a limited number of exclusive metro-level attorneys in major markets. This is a paid, long-term partnership with exclusivity, built for attorneys who believe education creates trust—and trust creates clients.

What is the American Estate Planning Series?

AEPS is a national estate planning education platform built one state at a time. Each state includes a professionally written, state-specific estate planning book updated annually, a state hub page, a growing resource library, and localized metro pages. The goal is simple: families find accurate, locally grounded estate planning education—and when they’re ready to hire an attorney, they are guided to an exclusive attorney serving their state or their metro area.

Who is AEPS a good fit for?

The American Estate Planning Series is designed for estate planning attorneys who think long-term and are intentional about how they build trust in their communities.

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Practice estate planning as a core focus of your work, not an occasional add-on

  • Believe that education builds trust, and trust leads to better clients

  • Are willing to participate in education-based content with structure and support

  • Prefer long-term positioning over short-term marketing tactics

  • Value exclusivity and understand why limiting participation strengthens the platform

  • Are comfortable collaborating professionally and responding reliably as the platform grows

You do not need to be a “content creator” or a YouTuber. You do need to be willing to explain estate planning concepts clearly and thoughtfully so families can make informed decisions.

Who AEPS is not a good fit for

AEPS is intentionally not designed for every attorney.

This is likely not a good fit if you:

  • Are looking for immediate leads or a quick increase in phone calls

  • Want passive exposure without participating in education or content

  • Prefer paid ads, lead-buying, or directory listings over trust-based growth

  • Are uncomfortable explaining your work publicly, even with guidance

  • Want to be listed alongside multiple competing attorneys in the same market

  • Are looking for something transactional rather than a long-term partnership

AEPS is not a shortcut. It’s a platform built to compound credibility over time.

If you believe estate planning education should be better—and that attorneys should be visible, trusted educators in their communities—this model will make sense.

Two Exclusive Partnership Paths

AEPS offers two exclusive ways to participate, depending on your practice focus and location. Both paths are active, education-driven partnerships designed for long-term credibility—not passive listings.

Contributing Attorney (State-Level Exclusivity)

Each state has one contributing attorney. This role focuses on statewide accuracy and education. The contributing attorney helps shape and review the state-specific book and core educational resources, and participates in education-based content that supports the state’s platform.

  • One attorney per state

  • Statewide visibility across the AEPS platform

  • Participation in book review and core educational content

  • Long-term authority positioning at the state level

Exclusive Metro Attorney (Metro-Level Exclusivity)

In addition to the contributing attorney, AEPS partners with a limited number of exclusive metro-level attorneys in major markets within each state. These attorneys contribute localized education, appear prominently throughout their regional pages, and are positioned as the trusted local option for families who want help where they live.

  • Exclusivity within a defined metropolitan area

  • Prominent placement on metro-specific pages

  • Participation in localized education and content

  • Long-term authority positioning in your primary market

Both roles are active, education-driven partnerships. Neither is a passive listing, and both are designed to compound credibility over time.

Content participation (simple, consistent, sustainable)

You don’t need to be a YouTuber. You don’t need a studio. But you do need a willingness to educate. We make this sustainable by keeping it structured and repeatable.

  • Record short educational videos (simple setup is fine)

  • Provide state/metro-specific clarity when topics require it

  • Review key state materials for accuracy when needed

  • Respond professionally and reliably as we build your state/market presence

If you are unwilling to participate in education-based content at all, AEPS will not be a fit.

Investment and onboarding

AEPS is a paid, long-term partnership with exclusivity. Investment levels vary based on state and role. We onboard deliberately, one state at a time, and timing matters for both sides.

  • Application → review → short fit call

  • If accepted, you’ll receive a clear scope, timeline, and agreement

  • We only move forward when the fit is strong and the platform is ready to support the state or market properly

FAQ prompts + short answers:

Is this lead generation?
No. AEPS is an education platform. We do not sell leads and we do not run a directory of competing attorneys in the same market.

Do I need to run ads?
No. There is no required ad spend.

Do I need to already be good on video?
No. You need willingness. We’ll keep it structured and sustainable.

Is it exclusive?
Yes. Exclusivity is part of the model (state-level or metro-level, depending on role).

How fast does it produce results?
This is long-term positioning. Education compounds over time.
