2027 State Book Initiative
Our goal is to publish updated 2027 editions for each participating state before January 1, 2027.
During the second half of 2026, we'll work together to review your state's content, update legal information, improve explanations, and prepare your next edition for publication.
Each annual edition will help ensure your educational materials remain current while creating additional opportunities for online visibility.

How We Prioritize State Book Projects
One of the advantages of being an early Contributing Attorney is the opportunity to become the Contributing Author for your state's edition of the American Estate Planning Series.
Because we expect to publish many state-specific books, we cannot complete them all at once. As a result, publication order will generally favor attorneys who have consistently demonstrated a commitment to the platform by:
Regularly creating high-quality educational videos.
Participating in the ongoing growth of their state's educational resources.
Remaining actively engaged with AEPS and its educational mission.
Our goal is simple: reward the attorneys who are helping build the platform while creating the strongest possible books for consumers.
